Dr. Ute Bucksteg qualified in 1988 from the University of Witwatersrand South Africa. Has worked in private practice from 1990 to 2011 in South Africa. She then moved to Vancouver Island and joined the Caledonian clinic in Nanaimo.
She began working in the field of plastic surgery in 1990. In South Africa, she assisted a plastic surgeon with all operations and helped out at several clinics. Dr. Bucksteg has experience with all types of plastic surgery procedures, including face lifts, breast reduction/augmentation, abdominoplasty, liposuction, lip augmentation and more! She also has 10 years of aesthetic experience treating patients at The New U Clinic with numerous non surgical cosmetic procedures, neuro modulators, fillers and lasers.
